LSC-FMI Co., Ltd, the strategic joint venture between First Myanmar Investment Co., Ltd. (FMI) and Lighting Specialist Co., Ltd. (LSC), announce the launch of sales for KrisPLAZA, a new US$24 million residential and commercial development in a premium Nay Pyi Taw growth location on February 18. Earlier this month, the FMI and LSC collaboration, KrisPLAZA, was commemorated at a construction contract signing ceremony in Myanmar’s capital city.
Sales are scheduled to launch 20th to 22nd March 2015 in Yangon and 8th May 2015 in Nay Pyi Taw, at a new, elaborate Sales Gallery with elegant model suites, located close to KrisPLAZA. The sales launch in Yangon will be held at the new NOVOTEL Hotel from 10:00am to 6:00pm each day. Following Thingyan, sales will kick-off at the new KrisPLAZA Sales Gallery in Nay Pyi Taw.
KrisPLAZA will meet the growing demand for luxury apartments in Nay Pyi Taw, and attract interested home-buyers and corporate executives seeking to establish a base for home and work in Nay Pyi Taw, as well as, investors seeking high rental returns. Currently, there is a wait-list of over 60 interested buyers who will be invited on a priority registration basis to visit the opening weekend of sales in Yangon.
KrisPLAZA, the first high-end apartment complex in Nay Pyi Taw is located in Zabu Thiri Township, and it will span 1.25 acres of prime land in the nation’s capital. The development is located close to government and ministerial offices, neighboring the Jade Museum, golf courses, the hotel zone, the famous Tha Pyay Gone Market and three Hospitals. The two-tower, 10-storey development will include 114 apartments, a basement car park, swimming pool, retail plaza and Yoma Bank’s new regional headquarters.
Construction for KrisPLAZA is scheduled to commence March 2015 with completion earmarked for the third quarter of 2016.
