Arcc Offices, a Singapore-based serviced office provider, has opened their first offices in Yangon on September 17.
These offices are located on the sixth floor of Hledan Centre in midtown Yangon. All the offices are provided with furniture, office equipment and internet facilities.
Paola Orneli, general manager of Arcc Offices, said many international investors are coming to Yangon but quality office space supply is low, and Arcc looks to fill the gap.
“Yangon is an emerging market. Quality offices are in very high in demand in Yangon now. That’s why we came here,” she said.
A workstation for one person will cost a minimum of $400 per month and for six people will cost up to $4,700 per month.
“We have different types of room and prices depending on the view and services. We can also rent part time work spaces.” said Khine Cho Cho Win, sales manager of Arcc Offices.
Arcc Offices also have services in Beijing, Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai and Singapore. The company will launch more offices if the first venture succeeds, Paola Orneli told Myanmar Business Today.
