If your company name is ABC Pte Ltd the representative office name will be ABC Pte Ltd (Representative Office) or ABC Pte Ltd (Myanmar Branch). Please choose one format for your company name.
Take note that a branch (rep) office can only : 1) Act as liaison between Myanmar business partner and Head Office 2) Conduct market research on market entry strategy on behalf of Head Office 3) Work with Myanmar business partner to launch new product 4) Monitor tender and bid on behalf of parent company. Branch (rep) office cannot be involved in trading activities i.e. import & export
