There are many holidays in January and February 2014. Meaning that less business people will travel during that period.
FYI, 4th January 2014 is Independence Day holiday in Myanmar. 31st January & 1st February 2014 is Chinese New Year and most overseas Chinese businessmen will not be travelling during that time. 12th February 2014 is Union Day holiday in Myanmar.
