The following tender is only open to Myanmar citizen and Myanmar companies whose shareholders are all Myanmar citizen.

1. The following buildings of Min Ye Kyaw Swar Road Commercial Building Plan owned by the Yangon City Development Committee, corner of Pyay Road and Min Ye Kyaw Swar Road Road shall be sold by bidding on 29.10.2014, 10 am in City Hall;

a. Lot 1- 5 Storyed Shop House Type B (1) building = 6671 sqft
b. Lot 2- 5 Storyed Shop House Type A4 (1) building = 7891 sqft
c. Lot 3- 3 Storyed Commercial Building Level-1 of Block A = 60000 sqft
d. Lot 4- 3 Storyed Commercial Building Level-2 of Block A = 47784 sqft
e. Lot 5- 3 Storyed Commercial Building Level-3 of Block A = 47784 sqft

2. Bidding forms and specifications can be purchased during office hours at 5th floor, engineering department (Building) in 10th floor office building near the City Hall.
