1. Yangon Region,Hlaing Tha-Yar Township,Thanlyn-Kyauktan Township,the Ministry of Construction,Urban and Housing Department is planning to develop low-cost and affordable housing complex and apartments at the following places:
   • Hlaing Tha-Yar Township,Kyan Sitt Thar Housing projects (part II), approximately 23 acres to construct low-cost housing apartment.
   • Thanlyn-Kyauktan Township,Thi-Hla-Wa special business Zone 31 acres of land on 588 plots to support people housing.
2. For these projects, only Myanmar citizen & construction company are eligible. The deadline date for tender submission is 30^th September 2016.
3. The Tender document pack which includes Tender Regulations, Projects Map and Construction Design can be bought at (No.40) House Development Sub-department, Urban and Housing Department, the Ministry of Construction from 1^st September 2016.
