The 2600MHZ spectrum allows for the provisioning of broadband data service such as 4G/LTE services.

Both Amara Communications and Yatanarpon have won the auction for Region 2 (including the Yangon) and Region 3 (including Mandalay) – two of the biggest region in terms of population, economic prowess and trade in Myanmar.
The winners of the various regions are expected to rollout their advanced broadband data network on a regional basis as specified in the table below:
